These are gooey, chewy, and sure to satisfy that late night chocolate craving.

Raw cacao powder

Shredded coconut

Ooey gooey medjool dates

*Dates and coconut are a 1:1 ratio with as much cacao as you like!

Directions

Add all ingredients to a food processor and process on high until combined into a sticky dough

I love to put these into heart shaped silicone molds but you can definitely roll into balls with your hands

*Pro tip - put your cookies in the freezer for 1 hr to get the perfect chewy texture
