Ooey gooey medjool dates

Shredded coconut

Raw cacao powder

*Dates and coconut are a 1:1 ratio with as much cacao as you like!

**These are delicious with raw walnuts too

Directions

For the brownies, pulse the dates and coconut in a food processor

Add cacao and process until combined into a sticky dough consistency

For the frosting, pulse dates in the food processor while adding water until dates start to become a purée

Add cacao and process until mixture becomes a thick and creamy frosting
